Nice hand shower. The design is good and ergonomic. I like everything about this device except for one thing - the lack of pressure. The real test of these handheld showerheads is to point them up and see how far the jet extends (against gravity). This one makes it just a few inches! I even tried improving the pressure by removing the flow restrictor at the base of the handle as well as the check valve in the bracket. None of the changes resulted in a significant improvement in atomization (just more water wastage). As a test, I brought our old power shower (which is dated and has other issues) to see if it still gives a powerful jet (proves that's not the issue). in connection with our new bath mixer valve etc.) I'm not sure why Hansgrohe didn't get this right.
