They are perfect for kids hangers and adult hangers. I use them for kids sizes 8-12. It was just what I needed for my daughter's clothes which are too big for the child/baby hangers and too small for the adults who don't want to stretch their clothes. See the picture to estimate the size of this hanger. It's the one in the middle. To update. These hangers were perfect for what I needed. Large children's hangers - mostly used for t-shirts - will break if you put something heavy on them. and my kids broke 2 from pulling on it - it's plastic what do you expect? I still think it's a good buy if your goal is the same as mine...
