Finally - a strong grater!

I regularly break graters - not from abuse, but from simple use. Using a plastic or thin metal grater to grate a 2-pound block of cheese is a guaranteed failure. This grater has not withstood any of the cracks/distortions that are hallmarks of demise. Does it cost more than other models - yes. Will it actually hold up with normal use - I hope
