I noticed when putting this together that when tightening the bolts, the metal tubing this is made out of is very thin. When tightening the bolts, they start to either bend the metal or pull through the metal framing material. I knew if there was any weight on this desk and it swayed or rocked the bolts would eventually pull through the frame. So, I went to the local "Big Box" retailer and purchased washers for the bolts. This worked great! I was able to get the bolt tight and this made the desk much more rigid & stable.
