The best part about using this service was our account manager who always kept us informed with any changes required in advance or otherwise before it happened which made my job much easier as I am not able to be present every time we make an appointment for meetings etc! There can never ever come up one single thing i dislike because they have been so helpful throughout everything related from initial call till now!! It's free services but you pay if there are overages incurred during meeting hours such long queues at offices/hotels ect due high demand like when recruiting new employees especially HR team members. Also sometimes some times their system may go down resulting delays even though its advertised beforehand by them too. ! But overall nothing really bad just minor glitches here n then!
