This roasting pan is a perfect addition to my home and kitchen. My analysis of this product showed that it is made of high-quality porcelain that can withstand high temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has excellent non-stick properties which make it easy to use and clean. The rectangular shape allows me to cook a variety of dishes including roasts, vegetables, and lasagna. The only downside is that it's a bit heavy, but the handles make it easy to carry. Overall, I highly recommend this roasting pan for any home cook.
