Of course it's a cheap radio but how much does it cost to write accurate instructions? The instructions are absolutely terrible! You need an SD card for the radio to work and the instructions indicate a slot on the front of the radio to put the card in, but don't mention that a card must be installed for the radio to work! We installed and when we turned it on the screen lit up but everything was messed up! We almost wanted to return the radio then put the SD card in and it worked, the quality is poor but it works fine
