Avoid and buy a well-known whitening gel.
I found them and was so excited I gave up the brand I was using! They were several times cheaper, but now I understand why! The gel is awful, I used to put the gel in my invisalign retainers but instead the gel came out on the mirror when trying to open the container. It's not easy to use! Once I got it in my fixative and tried bleaching, the gel became too runny to stay. In short, spend money on a brand that works. I ended up throwing these away.
