The system has been easy to use with our team of employees across multiple states, allowing them access in real time without much trouble or hassle from us (the user). No complaints at this point! It's very intuitive which is helpful when you have an entire workforce that doesn't always speak English natively as well as we do here ;) We are using it primarily so they can keep track not only their hours but also payroll information through Paychex; however there may be other features available if/when PoolAOffice goes live internationally? I don’t know yet :) If your business requires someone who speaks Spanish fluently then POOLAPOINT WOULD BE A GOOD OPTION FOR YOU AS THEY HAVE MANY SPANISH-LANGUAGE TRAINING VIDEOS ON THEIR WEB SITE AND TELL US THAT SOME OF THE CLIENTS ARE DO INSPIRE WITH THIS.
