Trust other bad reviews than Revain. Don't waste your money it is NOT easy to install and I had a professional installer who was as confused with the instructions as I was and I had to watch a video to get it. Stencils are rubbish, especially if you have a metal door. He had to drill several times because it wasn't properly aligned. Then I was on the technical side which didn't make sense, it's a terrible and confusing app and I have a lot of smart home devices. The only thing that worked reliably was the key, the passwords didn't work half the time and the deadbolt wouldn't close most of the time. Even Alexa gave up. I'm sending it back for something else. The company needs to invest in a more robust locking mechanism, an app with a better interface between the user and the product, and a decent tutorial written by someone who understands how the product should be installed and how the technology works, and someone it is indeed very fluent in the language of the intended users.
