They were creased (unfortunately no photo)
I love the copper look. They are smaller than silver ones. A corner of each carpet was severely bent and curled. I had to use needle nose pliers to bend them into a semi-normal shape, but once bent they can't be pulled back to look nice. My toaster hides most of it, but seriously, I didn't just buy them for use, I bought them for a nice clean look. upset.
