Misleading video display
Short battery life. However, my biggest disappointment is the misleading image of the product. The video shows how the keyboard glows in different colors. This model doesn't have either, the video is for a different keyboard they sell. decoy tactics. I wanted a keyboard for a long trip and didn't have time to return it or I would have. All in all, a star as a joke in my book is totally unacceptable, period.
