Yes, but it could be better.
I bought this to play with my 7 year old soon. This is way better than those barbie heads that are meant for kids. More hair and more length. And the clamp is a nice bonus BUT the head is on a ball joint and keeps sliding sideways. Won't stand straight. And the texture of the hair is definitely PLASTIC and it's knotted. Don't take a comb with you or she'll spill something terrible! I get my daughter to use a boar bristle brush, she does better with synthetic strands.
