This is my first juicer so I can't compare but I want to share my experience with this juicer. After a lot of homework, I made the decision based on a friend's recommendation. She has the same juicer. What I like most about this juicer is that it is easy to clean. Cleaning every part of this juicer takes less than five minutes. The mesh filter is easy to clean with the supplied brush; The trick is to gently brush in small circles. It took me several cleaning sessions to figure it out, but now I can clean the screen in record time. I have no problem juicing leafy greens (spinach, kale, romaine lettuce, etc.), root vegetables (beets + greens, carrots, ginger), hard and soft fruits (apples, pears, oranges, strawberries, lemons). When juicing leafy greens, be patient and switch textures. The vegetables will clog the juicer if you add too many at once. Even when I carefully add fruits and veggies, I have 32 ounces of delicious and healthy green juice in minutes. I have orange juice (fresh OJ, yummy!) No problem. I am very happy that I chose this juicer. The price is affordable and now my family enjoys freshly squeezed juice every day.
