For me they are a bit big.
I only like shoes I have very narrow feet so they fit loose on my feet but there is another hole in the strap and it holds up well but they are a little loose behind If you have wide feet with my heel or normal feet, then you shouldn't have a problem with your normal shoe size, otherwise I love them and wear them comfortably.
