Purchased based on YouTube reviews. Basically, I had the impression that they are great for online conferences via USB dongle and phone calls via Bluetooth. Unfortunately this was not the case. In both scenarios, people said my voice was muffled and difficult to hear. I've tried other settings and still no good conversations. I will say they look great, feel great and sound great! The noise cancellation wasn't bad either, but I think when it was on it also contributed to the muffled sound. Overall, I wish the mic clarity was better, or maybe it had a foldable boom mic.
