Love this. Cleared up limited counter and double sink space. Everything now goes over the sink and drip dries there. The assembly instructions are lacking! It's OK. Watch the video to see what it looks like assembled and remember to slide the hanging hooks on the bottom rung before applying and tightening down the bolt/screws. Put the frame together first with the hanging hooks then just snap the shelves into place. Last hang the cutlery baskets etc where you want them. Oh yeah, you need 5 poles, there are ten. Fit them together to lengthen into 5 long ones. You'll love this thing!
