This is a little thin belt, almost feminine and the sizing system is a bit confusing, the total length is 46 inches, not 46 inches of the usable belt, which means it is unlikely if you have a waist of 40+ customs have fit. The build quality is there though, so I'm giving it two stars for that. Overall great for women, not so good for a man.
