I bought it in mid-April. Wore it every day and there wasn't much in it (the bag is big). The strap broke at the end of May and this bag cannot be worn without a strap. Basically, the strap has come loose from its attachment to the wallet body. I've only had it 6 weeks and originally gave it a 2 star rating because I couldn't return it and it was unusable. I edited my review because the company contacted me and fixed everything - they gave me the option of a full refund or a new bag, both options are very generous in my opinion. Considering the wallet is a beautiful bag - large and made of soft, flexible leather - I've raised my rating to four stars to show that the company cares about their customers. I gave it four stars because it broke in just six weeks but I can't fault the company for that and they really took care of me. I hope my bag was an exception.
