Review on 10 Gallon Potato Grow Bags With Dual Flaps - 3 Pack Heavy Duty Planter Pots With Sturdy Handles And Harvest Windows For Healthy Harvest Of Tomatoes, Vegetables And Potatoes by Tina Carrell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sturdy and cleverly designed

I don't like to grow potatoes directly in my garden soil. Space is limited and tomatoes don't do as well in spots where potatoes grew.I've tried other bins or planters for container potatoes but like these best so far.The felt like fabric is thick and holds it's shape well. Since you gradually add more soil as the potatoes grow, you don't want the growing plants covered by a floppy bag top.The shape is also narrow and deep so it maximizes the growth space.I'm using these for baby type potatoes and fingerlings. The flap will allow an easier way to check the size of the growing potatoes. It seems to be staying closed without a problem. The only thing I'm not sure about is the handles. They are flat little straps on the sides. They don't stick out so the shape does look nice. But not sticking out makes them a little harder to grasp for me.The fabric pot is lightweight and easy to move, but as you add more soil to the plants, the bag may eventually get too heavy for moving. So it is best to position it in a sunny spot they can stay until harvest time.Reorded to plant more varieties of seed potatoes.
