It's really helpful.
It makes my makeup look smoother and last longer. I stream and record videos and this tool has proven to be helpful. I use it in the morning at the end of my skincare routine. It wakes me up and helps with my tired eyes. I don't use it at night because it turns me on too much. And I need good sleep. I recommend this in combination with a jade roller, not in its place. I keep mine in a plastic bag (or you can use Ziploc) in the freezer and just grab it when I want to use it in the morning.
