Does not work when it is necessary to supply DC voltage with polarity.
This should work fine for regular phone lines (or AC signals). However, the order of the wires is reversed from the standard, so it won't work in applications where it is necessary to supply DC voltage with the correct polarity, like in my Valentine radar detector. The standard for RJ11 is that the wires in the two jacks are in reverse order, while in this product they are in the same order for both jacks. See photos if they ever come up.
