Probably one of the best scrapers I have ever used. The magnet is really strong and I have no problem separating it from my 8mm thick rimless tank. The two different blade heads, one made of plastic and the other made of metal, are very nice. I used a plastic blade and it easily removed the algae after one pass. Doesn't look cheap at all. My only complaint is that the bottom of each half is essentially velcro like. The half that stays outside the tank has a pretty high stack. If you save your scraper (I don't like leaving it in the tank) and put the two pieces together, it can take a heck of a lot of time to take them apart when it's time to clean. Velcro essentially snaps into place. Add that the magnet is strong and you need to put a lot of effort to separate the magnets and velcro at the same time. I needed a butter knife to separate them and separate the pieces. So don't swear and just put something like a paper towel in between for storage. Overall a great product. Highly recommended.
