The company only stores these plants in a cheap plastic bag. Revane then mailed them in a plastic envelope. When I received them they were broken and falling apart because of pebbles scattered all over in a plastic bag. I changed them and tried again. nope The same situation. The new batch was a little better: there were fewer pebbles in the bag, only one of the planters had plants torn out, and only two of the three places where the batteries belong fell out from the bottom and were hanging on wires. I assembled everything except the battery connectors because they need to be glued or something. This time all three plants caught fire after I installed the batteries, so it's a little better than the first set. Got them when they were on sale at half price. I also had a $10 gift certificate I won for completing a survey at work. After tax, I only paid $3.49. If I paid full price for this junk I would definitely return them. I can keep this second set but only if I can find a way to keep the batteries installed at the bottom of the planter. I don't recommend them at all. You can find more attractive fake succulents at any store where you can judge their quality for yourself, and you don't have to rely on a company that doesn't value their products enough to ensure they don't fall apart. Edit: I've decided to return them. They are too damaged to deal with them on a daily basis. They fall apart when you touch them. Dusting will be a big problem. It's not worth it.
