Good quality dress up for kids.
Definitely for kids over 6, not 4 (which makes sense). The fabric was very stretchy but stretched all the way around the neck in one use. We'll play anyway, since my kids don't mind. Light material that does not shine through. Pretty good quality. Very cute design!
