Review on COAI by Joshua Ngo

I was eager to check out the COAI women's jewelry online store, however I was rather let down. The selection was limited and uninspiring, with the majority of the items appearing to be of low quality. The materials used felt fragile and of low quality, and the size was uneven. When I contacted customer service about an ordered necklace that had come broken and knotted, they were unhelpful and uncaring. Finding what I was looking for on the website was complicated and the website was difficult to navigate. Due to the poor directions during the checkout procedure, I unintentionally ordered the wrong item. Overall, I wouldn't suggest COAI for jewelry for women. The customer service is appalling, and the collection is poor. Spend less money and look elsewhere for well-made, premium items.
