It can't be worse! A waste of money.

Midway through the month of January 2022, a Nespresso coffee machine was a gift to me. When we began the process of connecting it, we found that it did not work. I forwarded it to the customer service department. It was documented that I had a component of it replaced. However, despite the fact that she was not functioning, I once again sent her in for maintenance. After approximately two weeks, they forwarded it to me along with documentation stating that the coffee machine was in satisfactory condition and that no repairs had been made. I recorded a video of the malfunctioning coffee machine and forwarded it to the post office of the Nespresso Club, which in turn forwarded it to the service center. There has been no response, and it's been two weeks. The coffee maker has now been sent away for the third time in order to be repaired. Now she came once more with a note stating that it was functioning properly and there was no need for repair. However, she is similarly unemployed. The amusing thing is that every time they send me a certificate stating that the car is operational, it is still in "repair" for a period of two weeks. Why keep it in the service center for such a long time if it is functioning properly? Since we last addressed this matter, it has been resolved. In all of that time, there has never been a viable alternative in the form of a coffee machine. When it was first offered, on the condition that I purchase capsules. It is odd to suggest this, considering that the one I have tried has never been successful. After receiving my application to decline the warranty repairs that were to be performed, they simply sent it back to me. After all, the machine is of the "working" type; therefore, the fact that I sent a video of the broken machine immediately after the alleged "repair" is irrelevant given that the machine is of the "working" type. I want to make a separate comment about the work that is done by the courier delivery service: there were two instances in which we had agreed that the coffee machine would be picked up on a particular day, but no one showed up. In addition, they never informed anyone in advance that the shipment would be made at the specified time. They did not inquire as to whether or not I would be at home or whether or not it would be practical for me. It was just my luck that I was working from home rather than being in the office during these days. When I want to check the coffee machine to see if it is in place at all or if it was delivered to me in a broken condition, the reaction of some of the couriers is very strange. They say that our business is to deliver and sign documents as quickly as possible. Zero points for loyalty and care of customers; immediate service. It was the worst present I've ever received.

  • If something goes wrong with your coffee machine, you won't wait for loyalty and customer care because the couriers will come to your house instead. They will be surprised to see that the same machine is being transported back and forth in the same broken condition.
