Product: Arrived quickly with mould, funnel, sticks, bags and recipe book. I was so excited when it arrived that I accidentally threw my bags away. I have to say the mold had a strong odor; I soaked it and the funnel in hot soapy water for several hours and then in vinegar and hot water. The smell will go away in a day, but be patient. Ever since I got rid of the smell I've been making scoops of popsicles and I just can't stop. 10 at once. I like it! As for the ease of popsicle removal, yes, a little drag, but I just wiggle it until it comes straight out. never mind I recommend this product; in fact I might buy another one for my grandchildren.
