When I tried this product during a night ride in the Sports and Outdoors, it was a complete letdown. The supposed waterproof design failed to withstand even a light drizzle, let alone a heavy rainstorm .The dim lighting barely illuminated the path ahead, making it nearly impossible to spot any obstacles or hazards. The only positive aspect was the rechargeable battery, but that hardly makes up for the other shortcomings. Save your money and LOOK for a better lighting option..
