Partial quantity is in order and the protective packaging has been torn off at the top.

The package arrived and we opened the shipping carton to find the protective cellophane exposed at the top. Counting the cups was a problem as three cups were missing. There were three columns of 49 cups, one cup in each column. Because the shipping carton was unsealed, air was free to circulate into the cups through the open end.
