Review on Bizzuka, Inc. by Tim Knoepfle

We have been working with bizka since 2004 (when they were called "webdesign4u").

They've done several projects to help us get our websites up-and running quickly while also providing great ongoing service from day one through launch! I don't believe we ever had an issue where something wasn’t communicated in good faith or was just plain bad customer care - this is rare these days but it has only happened twice over 7 years of doing work together now!! The best part about them? This isn;'t my favorite thing so much as that their team understands how important branding & look/feel are when you're starting out your web presence AND know what works well enough yet keep things fresh without being too trendy :) I like that it is affordable if you are not looking to spend too much money! The customer service was also very helpful as well!! There wasn't anything about this program i disliked or didn’t use at all (besides my mouse!) It has been an excellent tool in our office so far especially with using Outlook 365. We've gotten many compliments from customers regarding how clean we look online now compared when they used other programs before us such as Freshdesk etc...
