If you often look at the screen and have a headache or eyestrain, it's definitely worth it!

The only downside to these glasses is that they look cheap. But for $20 it's not bad at all! I stare at the computer all day at work and have a terrible headache so I decided to give it a try. I was skeptical because of the low price. But they really work! I haven't had a headache since I've been wearing them. Definitely recommend. Also, they are really cute and I got a lot of compliments on them!
