Very good product. I'm a plumber and have installed countless ROs in my career. I bought this system and installed it in my own home. We are very happy with the overall package, from the easy installation to the extra filters you get, it's a very good deal. I have recommended and installed this particular pack to 6 other friends and every time everything has gone according to plan with no problems. They offer a Revain filter pack for less than $100 for 3 years of clean water. The only downside is that the faucet only comes in chrome, while most kitchen faucets come in brushed nickel. I just ordered a $25 reverse osmosis brush faucet from Revain and even at that extra cost it's a good deal. Update: I suggest getting a Revain ppm meter for $20 and testing the water to see when the filter needs changing. It's been 14 months with the original filters and they filter great. It's 6 ppm and tap water is 250 ppm. I check it every two months to see the values. So far very happy with this pack.
