It arrived in no time! I was so excited. Nice fresh packaging, professional and eco friendly.I had lost my grandma's boar brush and after searching for hours, I decided on this brush because I liked both the description of the product and the company.Unfortunately, for me, while I have very fine hair, I also have a LOT of it. Instead of it actually brushing through my hair, it seemed to just glide over my hair, matting it.I contacted the company per the very nice note I found in the box to see if they have a coarser brush. We will see what they say. They seem to be extremely customer driven, so I am very optimistic!Stay tuned!
