When I opened my scale it contained the scale itself, a cable, parts to assemble the box, a small weighing circle to place on the Scale and an instruction , a weight 100 gr. The instructions say that you should calibrate every time you use the scale, especially at the beginning, so I started the calibration process. Unfortunately I had an immediate problem as the scale wanted a 20g weight which was not included. There was room in the foam for extra weight, so I figured it had somehow gotten lost or overlooked along the way. I contacted NEWTRY to ask them to send me one so I can use the scale according to the instructions that came with it. They said it wasn't necessary since they were calibrated at the factory, but they could send me one for $25. After reading the review that the 100g weight is a bit heavy and seeing mine reads the same way, I might go ahead and just try to find it here... a bit disappointing. Overall I can't comment on how accurate my scale is as it's the only one I have.
