I like its ability to connect with customers through different channels such as social media platforms or mobile apps. It also has an excellent chat feature which helps in customer service interaction. The software does not have any integrated video conferencing option for meetings but it can be used for internal training purposes where audio/video streaming would suffice. We use this platform mainly for our sales department so we do not need much customization apart from adding some additional modules that help us reach out more efficiently within our target audience.
