Attaches to the outside of the window

I bought this item hoping to attach it to the rear window of a car. When it arrived I found that after removing it from the backing the static clutch only worked on the back of the sign. It stuck to the outside of the glass, but in the end I just taped it inside the car. The idea is great, you just have to make the face of the shield catchy.
