They perfectly fit CSC/Zongshen RE3/SG400 San Gabriel with 28.5mm or 1 1/8" handlebars. I used the 30mm high version and didn't have to lengthen or reroute control cables. Once installed, they still allow the handlebars to pivot from lock to lock without interference. They also include longer bolts so you don't have to find your own. Also note that they are there, where they pinch the steering wheel, have no knurling but are smooth.
