I only rate products after they have been used for a long time. In this case I have owned the scraper for over two years and have used it frequently. If you're a baker (especially if you bake bread), you need a good, durable baking scraper. This tool serves its purpose. I love that it has a seamlessly integrated handle, meaning no dough or other sticky bits get stuck in it. It's also easy to clean. I also often use it to pick up chopped veggies off a cutting board and add them to cooking bowls or straight to the pot. I took off a star because the handles could have been more comfortable. Since I use it for home use it's not that big of a deal for me, but if you're going to be using it for a long period of time, ergonomics must be considered.
