The best thing about this software so far for me as an entrepreneur who wants customer feedback in my business! I am able see where people are having issues or problems when they post their comments/reviews which makes communication easier between us both personally AND professionally (we can work through our differences). It's not perfect but there really isn't anything wrong at all yet either - great start :) As of now we have been using only Facebook posts since most users prefer posting via FB rather than emailing directly into Google Docs etc., however if someone wanted something more private then maybe adding them onto Instagram would be better? Just make sure your privacy settings match what works well within your target audience first!! This has helped immensely by providing constant updates regarding how many views each piece gets per day compared against other pieces posted around same time period online.
