Typical cheap plastic screws, which is pretty typical these days. I have no problem with it as I expected it. The picture looks like it should. My problem is that when I first got them they fell apart easily (I always check). When I started using them about a week later, they were merged! They have not been exceeded. I've tried everything but hand tools to take them apart. These things don't go back. If that happened while they were in my ear, I would have been screwed. I traded them in for another pair but I'm honestly nervous about using them. I have never experienced this.
