Waste of money, doesn't charge laptop properly and doesn't transfer video

Tried a 1 meter USB-C cable from Nimaso with the same specs, everything works fine. Charges my laptop and streams videos, tried that (3m) and no luck. Neither transmits video over DP, nor does the laptop charge (writes slow charging)
