Bent. How can such a small thing bend the plug when it arrives? After trying to reconfigure the port, I tried connecting 3 monitors and it didn't work. Only 2 when my monitors are displayed (connected via VGA and 2 monitors via 2 displayports. Only one monitor per displayport will work at a time. So yes it works, but not when another monitor is also connected via displayport. Called that IT -Office for help. They said something about it's probably a "passive" adapter and not an "active" adapter. Also, I have an old Intel HD Graphics 2500 that may not have bandwidth capacity, to support 3 monitors IT is trying to see If there is anything we can do but I have been working with them for 30 minutes now I will most likely return it so I'm giving it 3 stars because technically it works but will become one star removed because the adapter itself arrived bent, and another star removed because there is nothing here to indicate whether this is a passive or active adapter.
