I was looking for a hands-free headset for my office phone. It is very tiring to hold the phone and talk or listen to long calls/meetings. Also, I'm a developer, so I need my hands free to search for code and browse my computer while I'm on the phone at work. All other units I saw were extremely expensive. It seemed to meet the criteria. As soon as it arrived I connected it to my phone which literally worked instantly; I found that it doesn't work! I contacted the manufacturers through Revain and they informed me that the model I was using is not compatible with the phone system. that I have at work. But they were kind enough to send me another model to try and send me shipping labels to return the one originally ordered. The new block came pretty quickly. And it worked like clockwork. The only problem I see is that it doesn't look that great and looks delicate to some degree. The voice quality is also not very good. I have to hold the microphone near my mouth so the people on the other end of the line can hear me properly. But it gets the job done and I've been using it for over a year now. So, despite his looks, I think it's not all that bad. For the price I paid for it, it was definitely worth it. If it had better voice quality, I would easily give it 4 stars.
