Great communication and organization

I like that you get to know your lawyer before hiring them so there is no surprises later down the line if things don't go as planned or something goes wrong they are open enough with their clients to make sure everything runs smoothly. They also give good advice when it comes to legal representation but not too much input into business decisions which can be nice sometimes! Nothing really at this time - all seems fine though nothing majorly negative either. We have used Shearmans services previously however we were given poor advise by one particular person who was very unprofessional towards us during our previous case (not Shearmans fault). I like how well organized everything is when it comes to billing questions or general inquiries about payments made with my credit card. It can be difficult to find answers if you're not very familiar with billing practices. I'm solving problems that we didn't even know existed until now! We have never had an issue before so this hasn't given us any issues yet, but it makes me feel better knowing there are people out there who understand these things.
