Hill's has just reformulated Active Longevity Adult 7+ so please note that the amazing ratings from other reviewers carry over from the old version of the product to the new version. This is misleading! See attached picture. The bag on the left is an old Active Longevity-Adult 7+ bag. Some stores still have them, but over time they will all be replaced with the ones on the right. Websites claim there's a new kind of bag. My cat doesn't like the look of the new pouch but she sure knows there is a change in the formula. " pouch. I still have some of the old lining and I've done everything I can to convert the old lining to the new, although the sites claim it's just an appearance change. I've got the lining off of the old version pack mixed with the new one and gave cat. You know what? She knew the difference, she only ate the pieces from the old bag. She even used her nose to knock the pieces from the new bag out of her plate. She got fed up and stopped eating altogether Not good at all!!Decided to do a test.I took some food out of the new bag and put it on the floor.She smelled it and refused to eat put it on the floor, my cat ate them all she KNOWS the formula has changed now I really need to find something else my cat likes or she will starve to death.
