So I bought an XL and I was skeptic at first to put it on and it wouldn’t fit. However, when I put it on it was actually quite firm and still breathable unlike other waist trainers. Not only is it breathable but it feels like it makes your back straight even when I lounge a bit forward. Overall, this product is great I do recommend that there is a bit of a firmer part on the under breast area to make it feel like the shape wear isn’t rolling in a bit.
