Fits, but very high-rise on sides.
Overall, it's cute, comfy, and true to size (I'm 5'4", 125lbs, ordered size S). The one thing I noticed, unlike any other body suit I've had, the sides come up very high on the hips (like, Baywatch one-piece kind of high), so you need very high-waisted pants in order to cover yourself. I tried them on with mid-rise pants, and those weren't high enough to cover.
