To preface this - looking at other reviews I think mine was a defect. I have 19 holes for across the top instead of 20. The bottom rows for dangling earrings are fine. (They actually have 22 spots.)I was a bit disappointed because I have more dangling earrings than studs but putting earrings from top to bottom would be a bit of a mess for those pairs.That being said it does it’s job. I like it a lot, it’s visually pleasing and easy to find pairs. Just minus points for the defect.Edit: They reached out to me and offered a refund if I needed. While I don't need the refund (As I am actively using their product) The fact that they were very kind and considerate in their message, so I am rating 5 Stars for having great customer service.
