I love it because of its efficiency in solving complex problems, such as those that require turbulent flow modelling. It's easy to use once you understand how everything works together - but this can take some time! The fact that there are so many different versions available means that your needs might not be met by one version or another at any given point. If you need something very specific then look elsewhere. However if you're looking into general application development within CFD/Fluid Dynamics, then consider using OpenFOAM. We have been able to develop models quickly with results proving robust enough for our purposes.
